How to use the AI coaching assistant available on Growth and Multi-Unit plans.
DevCoach is an AI assistant built specifically for restaurant supervisors and owners. It understands the structure of your team — check-ins, milestones, reviews — and gives contextual coaching advice rather than generic management tips.
What DevCoach can help with
- Preparing for a difficult 90-day conversation with an underperforming associate.
- Drafting talking points for a disciplinary discussion.
- Thinking through how to support a high-performer who is ready for more responsibility.
- Getting suggestions for check-in prompts tailored to a specific situation.
- Understanding what a flag pattern might mean and how to respond.
How to access it
The DevCoach chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard when you are logged in as an owner or supervisor on a Growth or Multi-Unit plan. Tap it to open the chat panel.
Availability
DevCoach is included in the Growth ($99/mo) and Multi-Unit ($199/mo) plans. It is not available on the Starter plan. If you are on Starter and want to try DevCoach, upgrade to Growth from the Billing page.
DevCoach does not have access to your staff's personal data or check-in notes. It provides coaching advice based on the context you share in the conversation.
