Managing your subscription
Plan details, how to upgrade, manage payment, and add locations.
Billing is managed from Dashboard β Billing. As the account owner you can view your current plan, trial status, renewal date, and access the Stripe billing portal to update payment details.
Plans at a glance
- Starter ($49/mo) β 1 location, up to 30 staff. Includes 90-day plans, check-ins, reviews, assessments, and progressive discipline tracking.
- Growth ($99/mo) β 1 location, unlimited staff. Everything in Starter plus the AI DevCoach assistant.
- Multi-Unit ($199/mo) β up to 5 locations, unlimited staff. Everything in Growth plus cross-location reporting and dedicated support.
Free trial
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. Your trial period is counted from your sign-up date and shown on the Billing page. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to continue.
Upgrading or changing your plan
From the Billing page, click View plans to go to the pricing page and select a new plan. If you are already on a paid plan, click Manage billing to access the Stripe portal where you can switch plans, update payment, or cancel.
Adding a second location
Multi-Unit plan subscribers can add up to 5 locations. Go to Dashboard β + Add Location. Each location has its own staff roster, check-in schedule, and reporting.
If you need more than 5 locations, contact us at support@thestaffdevapp.com β we can accommodate larger groups.
